Today brother Z arrived from Khartoum whose hobby is fishing and cooking. One of his specialty is donut. So after some persuasion and threats we manage to get him to agree to lead the 'projek donut'.
When I arrived in the galley the first batch of donut were ready to be glazed with sugar, so I didn't manage to see how the dough was prepared. Although when I asked him, he just said "Senang jer, tepung, telur, baking powder, susu..dah". I noted it down and quickly volunteered to fashion the donut shapes (or blobs) which explains the odd sizes in the following batches, hahaha.
But Z managed to QC the dough which turn out to be just the nice texture fit for selling at 'pasar malam'.
As usual the other side activities were karaoke and ping pong. The turn out today was almost a full house save for one brave soul who chose Ahsley Judd on MBC2 over donut and a rowdy karaoke. His wrong about the donut though...
